摘要
【目的】观察振动训练和主动静力牵拉训练对下肢柔韧性的影响,比较振动训练和主动静力牵拉训练的训练效果,以便更好地将振动训练应用于实践。【方法】选取南京体育学院运动健康科学系学生28人,分振动牵拉组与主动静力牵拉组,分别进行振动训练(振幅2mm,振频为30Hz)和主动静力牵拉,实验持续3周,每周训练3次,每次3组,每组2分钟。【结果和结论】振动训练与主动静力牵拉均可以提高股后肌群的柔韧性,但振动训练的效果更明显。
