论新时代党的基本理论、基本路线、基本方略的内在统一

摘要
全面贯彻党的基本理论、基本路线、基本方略,需要正确认识和把握新时代党的基本理论、基本路线、基本方略的内涵及其内在统一性。新时代党的基本理论、基本路线、基本方略内在统一于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的伟大实践。党的基本理论是党在新时代中国特色社会主义实践的行动指南,并为党的基本路线和基本方略的制定奠定理论基础;党的基本路线是党在新时代中国特色社会主义实践的根本准则,具有相对稳定性,是基本理论向基本方略转化的桥梁;党的基本方略则是党根据中国特色社会主义新的实践需要不断调整的方法策略,具有较强的灵活性,是基本理论和基本路线的深入展开。三者共同构成一个渐次展开、相互贯通、相互依存、辩证统一的完整的科学体系。
To fully implement the Party's basic theory,line and strategy,it is necessary to correctly understand and grasp the connotation and internal unity of the CPC's basic theory,line and strategy in the new era.In the new era,the CPC's basic theory,line and strategy are internally unified in the great practice of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The basic theory of the Party is the action guide of the Party in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The basic line of the Party is the fundamental criterion of the Party's practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Party's basic strategy is a method and strategy constantly adjusted by the Party in accordance to the new practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.There is a strong flexibility in the basic theory and line.However,the CPC's basic theory,line and strategy constitute a complete scientific system of gradual development,interconnection,interdependence and dialectical unity.
