潜水装备发展和潜水员训练策略

摘要
在技术不断发展和创新的前提下,潜水装备发展速度加快,样式越来越多,性能不断优化,标准化和通用化趋势出现。同时,为更好使用潜水装备,采取有效措施加强潜水员训练是必要的,但目前训练工作存在不足,有必要采取完善和改进措施:进行潜水员训练需求分析,编写潜水员训练教材,开展潜水员基础技能训练,并重视潜水技术训练,注重潜水员综合素质训练。
