摘要
大连特殊钢有限责任公司新建2座步进梁式加热炉,用于连铸连轧生产线的钢坯加热,加热炉步进梁由液压系统驱动。为了解决步进梁在运动过程中的升降不同步、平移漂移等问题,采用预估比值PID控制进行同步控制,同时在平移的每一步进行位移补偿,使液压缸的运动满足工艺要求。优化后步进梁控制精度高,减少了钢坯损耗,降低了安全事故发生几率。
Two new walking beam heating furnaces were built for the billet heating in the continuous casting and rolling production line in Dalian Special Steel Co.,Ltd. The walking beam of the heating furnace is driven by the hydraulic system. The hydraulic cylinders are not synchronous in the process of rise and fall,and drift happens in the process of movement. Thus,the estimated ratio PID control is adopted for synchronous control,and the displacement compensation is carried out as well at each translation step to meet the process requirements. After optimization,the control precision of stepping beam is higher,which reduces the loss of billet and the occurrence of safety accidents.
