摘要
淬火机主要用于高强钢、耐磨钢等钢板的淬火生产。生产过程当中,淬火机高段喷嘴常发生堵塞现象,而且有的地方堵塞比较严重,导致喷嘴出水能力下降,淬火后钢板板形和性能受到影响。本文通过增加过滤器,对主管路清洗,预膜处理,建立排污制度等方法解决了喷嘴堵塞的问题。
Quenching machine is mainly used for quenching of high strength steel,wear-resistant steel and other steel plate. During the production process,the high section nozzle of the quenching machine is often blocked,and some local blockage is more serious,which decrease the discharge capacity of the nozzle,and the shape and performance of the steel plate after quenching are affected. The problem of the nozzle clogging have solved by adding the filter,cleaning the main road,preprocessing the membrane,and establishing the sewage system,etc.
