新生代农民工城市融入的困境及对策研究

摘要
新生代农民工是社会转型时期的特殊群体,与传统农民工相比,具有鲜明的社会转型特征,也强烈渴望全面融入城市社会。然而,新生代农民工在当前一段时间还将处于城市社会的边缘地位,在城市社区融入过程中存在着许多障碍和多重困境。本文通过分析新生代农民工市民化过程中存在的主要困境和原因,提出了新生代农民工市民化的理想路径选择,认为只有继续深化改革基本户籍制度,完善公共资源分配机制,搭建交流平台,强化人文关怀等多方面努力,才能更好地推动新生代农民工城市融入的进程。
The new generation of rural migrant workers is a special group during the period of social transformation. Compared with traditional rural migrant workers in cities, they have distinct features of society transition and extremely desire to comprehensively integrate themselves into the society of cities. However, during the present days they are marginalized populations and have many obstacles and difficulties in assimilating cities and local communities. This text proposes the ideal and available ways of citizenship of rural migrant workers by analyzing the main difficulties and causes during the process of citizenship of rural migrant workers. It concludes that if we want to carry forward the progress of integrating rural migrant workers into cities, we should continue to deepen reforms of the basic household registration system, improve the allocation of public resources, establish communication platforms, and intensify the humanistic feelings.
