浅谈黄白茨煤矿架空乘人装置断轴保护的设计与应用

摘要
煤矿架空乘人装置是一种新型煤矿井下辅助运输设备,主要是作为运送人员上、下斜井或平巷之用,目前已在煤矿行业中广泛使用。架空乘人装置运行时,其驱动轮主轴、(尾)迂回轮主轴为力矩传递主要部件,为防止其主轴突然断裂,造成人员伤亡、财产损失的事故,按照2016年版《煤矿安全规程》第383条第6项规定要求":架空乘人装置应当有断轴保护措施"。本文根据黄白茨煤矿架空乘人装置现状,对断轴保护装置进行设计与应用,现场应用效果良好,安全可靠。
        The coal mine overhead passenger device is a new type of underground coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment,which is mainly used as a transporter for upper and lower inclined shafts or flat roads.It has been widely used in the coal mining industry. When the overhead passenger device is in operation,the driving wheel main shaft and the(tail) reel return main shaft are the main components of the torquetransmission. In order to prevent the sudden break of the main shaft,causing casualties and property damage,according to the requirements of Item 6,Article 383,2016 edition of the"Safety Regulations for Coal Mines":"The overhead passenger device shall have the protection measures for broken shafts". According tothe current situation of the overhead passenger equipment of Huangbaici Coal Mine,the design and application of the antibreak shaft protection device are carried out in this paper. The field application effect isgood,safe and reliable.
