摘要
南宁市天誉东盟创客城2-2号楼底部两层为商业裙房,上部为商务办公。结构主体高度150m,为超B级高度,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。该项目存在扭转不规则,凹凸不规则,楼板不连续等不规则项。采用抗震性能化设计方法,设定性能目标为C级,采用多种程序对结构进行了弹性、弹塑性计算分析,保证结构在小震下完全处于弹性阶段外,同时补充关键构件在中震下的验算,并采用ABAQUS程序进行了罕遇地震弹塑性动力时程分析,对结构整体性态和关键构件的塑性开展进行了研究。根据计算分析结果和概念设计方法,对关键和重要构件作了适当加强,以保证各关键构件满足设定的抗震性能目标。
        Tower 2-2 of Nanning Maker Town is a high-rise building with two story commercial podium at the bottom and business office at upper part. The building adopts frame-shear wall structure with height of 150 meters exceeding B level height. There are irregular items in the project including torsional irregular,uneven irregular and slab irregular. Using seismic performance-based design method,the performance target is set to C level. The elastically and elasto-plastic analyses were carried out by a variety of procedures to ensure that the structure is completely in the elastic phase under minor earthquakes. At the same time,the ABAQUS program was used to analyze the elasto-elastic dynamic time-history under rare earthquakes. The plastic behavior of the overall structure and the key components of the structure were studied.According to the results of analysis and the conceptual design method,the key components are properly strengthened to ensure that the key components meet the set of seismic performance targets.
