摘要
塔板负荷性能图是分析塔板操作最有效的手段,我们在单板的基础上拓展开发了基于全塔的负荷性能图分析技术。它能够使我们直观地了解全塔的操作状况,掌握整体的适宜操作范围、工艺和设备的匹配情况,并分析全塔的操作瓶颈,进行设计优化或工艺调整。鉴于该技术在工业上的成功应用,化工原理课程设计中首次采用了基于单指标的全塔负荷性能图技术。通过与流程模拟紧密结合,该方法从根本上改变了课程设计的传统套路,使之完全与工业设计水平接轨,显著提高了教学质量。
        Tray load performance diagram is usually employed as the most effective method to analysis the operating conditions on a tray.According to its principles on a single tray,a new analytic technology,named whole column load performance diagram,is proposed for the application of whole column.In this way,we are aware of the integral column performances and get to know the feasible operating region,the matching state of process parameters and device arrangement more intuitively,which can greatly help to discuss the operating bottleneck of whole column,to make optimum design and adjustments of process conditions.Considering the successful applications in industrial,for the first time,the whole column load performance diagram technology based on a single index is used in the course design for principles of chemical engineering.This method,closely combined with process simulation,approaches to be well connected with the practical industrial design.It abandoned the traditional design pattern which is quite laborious and time consuming,and significantly improve the teaching quality in a brand new way.
