摘要
对PBT/PC合金材料进行相容性改性研究,以改善其界面黏结强度,提升PBT/PC材料力学性能,可以真正发挥PBT和PC两种材料的性能优势,扩大合金材料的应用范围。本实验研究了不同粘度树脂组合、以及不同树脂用量复配条件下,非阻燃和阻燃PBT/PC合金材料力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:PBT/PC合金缺口冲击强度与PBT和PC树脂粘度组合存在强烈地相关性;合金体系中PC树脂比例越高,材料刚性越强,缺口冲击性能越好,熔体流动速率越低。
        In order to improve the interfacial bonding strength and improve the mechanical properties of PBT/PC alloy materials, the compatibility modification of PBT/PC alloy materials can give full play to the performance advantages of PBT and PC materials and expand the application range of the alloy materials. The changes of mechanical properties of non-flame-retardant and flame-retardant PBT/PC alloy materials were studied under the conditions of different viscosity resin combinations and different resin contents. The results show that the notched impact strength of PBT/PC alloy is strongly related to the viscosity combination of PBT and PC resin, and the higher the ratio of PC resin in the alloy system is, the stronger the rigidity of the material is, the better the notched impact property is, and the lower the melt flow rate is.
