摘要
利用CAE模拟仿真分析及配气机构动态测试试验,就缸内直喷增压发动机液压挺柱泄沉时间对气门升程的影响进行了研究和分析,探究了配气机构对发动机整体性能的影响。研究结果表明,发动机冷启动时,若泄沉时间长,易产生冷启动异响;泄沉时间太短,气门升程损失较大。通过对试验数据的整理分析,从几个方面研究液压挺柱泄沉时间对气门升程损失的影响,最终选择合适的泄沉时间来匹配发动机的性能开发。
The relationship between the leakdown time of the hydraulic tappet and the valve lift loss is studied in a direct injection turbo-charged gasoline engine. The relationship between the leakdown time of the hydraulic tappet and the valve lift loss is analyzed by CAE simulation and valve train system dynamic testing, exploring the effect of valve trains system on engine performance. Finally came to two conclusions,the first is that if the leakdown time is too slow, it will produce a cold start abnormal sound; the second is that if the leakdown time is too fast, it will influence valve lift and also will be easy to produce the valve lift loss. Through analysis of the testing data and theoretical reasoning, studying from several aspects about the relationship between the leakdown time of the hydraulic tappet and the valve lift loss, finally the leakdown time is optimized to match the engine performance development.
