摘要
为了确保壁间注浆效果,提高壁间密实度,分析冻结井筒壁间注浆的合理时机,对红庆梁煤矿风井井壁壁间温度进行监测,并根据混凝土井壁强度增长规律对壁间注浆压力进行了计算,结果表明:在井帮温度控制在4~6℃的情况下,套壁结束后20d范围内整个井筒壁间均能达到4℃以上,此时下部井壁已浇筑至少28d以上,井壁结构强度能够达到设计强度,能够承受计算壁间注浆压力,认为在冻结施工过程中应该进行井帮温度控制,套壁结束后进行壁间注浆时机最佳。
        In order to ensure a grouting effect in a mine shaft liner and to improve the compaction of the mine shaft liner,the paper analyzed the rational grouting time of the mine freezing shaft liner and a monitoring and measurement was conducted on the liner temperature of the mine ventilation shaft liner in Hongqingliang Mine. According to the strength increased law of the concrete shaft liner,calculation was conducted on the grouting pressure of the mine shaft liner. The results showed that when the temperature of the mine shaft liner could be controlled at 4 ~ 6℃,within 20 days after the mine shaft lining completed,the temperature of the whole mine shaft liner was over 4℃. At this moment,the bottom part of the mine shaft liner was lined at less over 28 days; the strength of the mine shaft liner structure could reach the designed strength and could bear the calculated grouting pressure of the mine shaft liner. The paper hold that during the freezing construction period,the temperature of the mine shaft liner should be controlled and a optimized grouting time of the mine shaft liner could be conducted when the mine shaft lining operation completed.
