摘要

就壳牌气化炉粉煤烧嘴的使用现状进行分析,通过对开工烧嘴中常见的故障及其解决方法进行讨论,重点对壳牌气化炉的系统设计进行深入研究,并根据其工作状况对其经常性出现损坏的原因进行记录和研究,从而得出一些简单的解决方法。
        This paper analyzes the present situation of the use of the pulverized coal burner of the Shell gasifier,through the discussion of the common failures and solutions in the start-up burner,focusing on the systematic design of the Shell gasifier,and records and studies the causes of its frequent damage according to its working condition,thus obtaining some simple solution methods.
