摘要
本文主要简述了壳牌气化炉的内部结构形式,分析了影响气化炉合成气冷却器换热效率的因素,降低壳牌气化炉的运行风险,提高气化炉满负荷运行的可靠性。得出,气化炉的内部漏水,煤炭的灰组分中的钾钠含量高都会加剧合成气冷却器结垢,使换热效果逐渐变差。
This paper mainly describes the internal structure of the Shell gasifier,analyzes the factors affecting the heat transfer efficiency of the gasifier syngas cooler,reduces the operational risk of the Shell gasifier and improves the reliability of the full load operation of the gasifier. It is concluded that the leakage of water in the gasifier and the high content of potassium and sodium in the ash components of the coal will aggravate the fouling of the syngas cooler and make the heat transfer effect gradually worse.
