摘要

壳牌气化炉多级水处理装置一般有三部分组成,其功能分别是去除废液中酸性气、滤除废液中的灰渣、实现澄清水重复使用,详述了该水处理装置的工作原理和技术特点。最后验证壳牌气化炉多级水处理装置完全符合绿色低能耗的标准,实现了废液中灰渣废气的去除,及最终所得澄清水的重复使用。
        Shell gasifier multistage water treatment device generally consists of three parts.Its functions are to remove acidic gas from waste liquor,filter ash from waste liquor and realize reuse of clarified water.The working principle and technical characteristics of the water treatment device are described in detail.Finally,it is verified that the multi-stage water treatment device of Shell gasifier fully meets the standard of green and low energy consumption,realizes the removal of ash and slag from waste liquor and the reuse of final clarified water.
