摘要
相较于传统的木模板搭设进行构造柱浇筑,免支模施工新工序便捷已操作,外观及施工完成质量好,同时只要在浇筑混凝土持续供应情况下,就能大幅度节约工期;在进行砌体施工的同时就可以进行构造柱施工,二者相较传统工艺不会产生间断性,质量方面,砌体与构造柱表面平整度误差极小,降低了抹灰施工的操作难度,避免了抹灰施工中产生空鼓开裂的质量隐患,具有很好的安全性、高效性和可操作性。故构造柱免支模工艺将成为未来施工方向的主流,对于不同位置的构造柱,其外腔壳膜也有相应不同,是研究的重点方向。
        Compared with the traditional wooden formwork erection of structural column free pouring formwork construction process has convenient operation, the appearance and the completion of construction of good quality, at the same time as long as the concrete continuous supply situation, can greatly save time; then the masonry construction at the same time it can be the construction of structural column, two compared to the traditional process no discontinuity. The quality of the surface, masonry and structural column flatness error minimum, reduce the plastering construction difficulty of the operation, to avoid the quality problems caused cracking plastering construction, has good security, high efficiency and maneuverability. Therefore, the construction pillar free formwork technology will become the mainstream of the future construction direction. For different location of the constructional column, the outer shell membrane is also different, which is also a key research direction high-rise building projects, so as to sum up our experience and constantly learn and explore, so as to speed up the development of Chinese architecture.
