摘要
本文简要地介绍了三种应用于桩基夹持装置领域的增力机构,总结了其各自的性能及特点。在此基础上,重点进行了气缸驱动的铰杆-杠杆复合增力机构的结构紧凑性分析,并且在设定的安装空间内对铰杆及杠杆的尺寸进行优化,得到了一组优化尺寸数据,这组数据将对机械结构的设计及优化分析提供有价值的信息。
This paper briefly introduces several kinds of force-amplifiers which are able to applied to the field of pile clamping mechanism, meanwhile summarizes the performance and features of them.On this basis,it mainly conducts the structural kompaktheit analysis of a toggle-lever force-amplifier driven by cylinder,and also optimizes the size of toggle-lever within a specific installation space then abtains a set of optimized dimension size datas.This group of datas will provide some valuable message to the mechanical structure design and the optimization analysis.
