高强新型冷弯箱型构件受弯力学性能试验研究

摘要
高强新型冷弯箱型组合截面构件由于双轴对称的截面特征,而有形心、弯心重合以及抗弯、抗扭刚度大等优点。为了研究其力学性能,选取17根高强新型冷弯箱型组合截面构件进行受弯试验,试件的壁厚均为1.1 mm。试验结果表明:截面宽度对DS1截面构件的力学性能影响不大,但对DS2截面构件的影响较为明显;截面宽度对构件的延性影响也较为明显,截面宽度越小构件延性越好;试件的高宽比对试件受弯极限承载力贡献较小,试件合理高宽比为2~4;构件的长度对试件受弯极限承载力有明显影响;构件以整体侧倾和局部压屈变形为主,少数构件出现畸变变形;DS1型截面构件受弯极限承载力比DS2型截面构件受弯极限承载力可提高20%左右。
        Due to the cross-section with dual-axisymmetry,a new type of high-strength cold-formed box composite section has the advantages of the superposition of centroid and bending center,large bending and torsional stiffness. In order to study its mechanical behavior,17 specimens of new-kind high-strength cold-formed box composite section were tested under bending loading. The wall thickness of specimens were all 1. 1 mm. The experimental results showed that the section width of the member had little effect on the mechanical behavior of DS1,the influence on the DS2 section member was obvious,but the section width of member had effect on the ductility of the member,the smaller section width of member,the better of the member's ductility; the depth-width ratio of specimens had very little contribution to the specimens' flexural bearing capacity,the reasonable depth-width ratio should be 2 to 4; the length of specimens had significant effect on flexural strength; the most members appeared to flexural buckling and local buckling,a few appeared to distortion buckling the ultimate bending bearing capacity of DS1 type section member could increased by 20% than the DS2 type one.
