摘要
4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)与多种结构的季鏻盐改性蒙脱土复合,制备系列OBSH复合发泡剂,用于环氧树脂发泡。考察发泡剂中蒙脱土结构对发泡材料泡孔密度、泡孔尺寸及泡孔分布的影响。结果表明,发泡材料的泡孔密度、泡孔尺寸以及分布情况受到蒙脱土结构的影响。添加钠基蒙脱土复合发泡剂的环氧树脂材料的泡孔密度最大,泡孔尺寸为140μm,添加十六烷基三苯基季鏻盐改性蒙脱土复合发泡剂的环氧树脂泡材料泡孔密度最小,泡孔尺寸为90μm,泡孔尺寸分布均一性较好。
        A Series of 4,4-oxybis benzenesulfonyl hydrazide(OBSH) composite foaming agents were synthesized by OBSH and quaternary phosphonium salt modified montmorillonite with different structure for epoxy resin(EP) foaming. The influence of the structure of blowing agent montmorillonite on the foam cell density,cell size and cell distribution of the EP foamed material was investigated. The results show that: the cell density, cell size and cell distribution of the EP foamed material is influenced by the structure of montmorillonite. The EP foamed material with Na-montmorillonite modified foaming agent has the maximum cell density with the cell size of 140 μm; the EP foamed material with cetyl triphenyl phosphonium salt modified montmorillonite foaming agent has the minimum cell density with cell size of 90 μm,and the cell size distribution uniformity is good.
