北仓:读一座城市的故事

摘要
对于历史建筑和历史街区,我们不再一拆了之。我们终于认识到,在一座城市里,许多老旧街区或废弃建筑,往往是这个地方历史文脉的空间载体,多少人生于斯长于斯,对之有着深情眷恋。城市更新和建筑改造一方面杜绝了大拆大建的浪费,另一方面为保护历史,留住乡愁提供了重要的契机。而更新改造中的理念,又决定了一次改造实践将在多大程度上实现变废为宝,既保留历史风貌,又满足现代生活需求,并且让其良性发展,自给自足。该文主要以重庆江北纺织仓库(北仓)改造为例,阐述了作者的城市更新理念,即记忆、共建、重生与相融。
For historic buildings and historical neighborhoods, we no longer just get them dismantled. It's finally realized that in a city, many old blocks or abandoned buildings are often the space carriers of the historical context of this place, and for people born and growing here, they give a deep affection. On the one hand, urban renewal and building renovation have eliminated the waste of large-scale demolition and construction, and on the other hand, it has provided an important opportunity to protect history and retain homesickness. The concept of renewal and transformation determines the extent to which a transformation practice will turn waste into treasure, retaining historical features and meeting the needs of modern life, and letting it develop in a sound manner. This paper mainly takes the transformation of Chongqing Jiangbei Textile Warehouse(Beicang) as an example to expound the author's urban renewal concept, namely memory, co-construction, rebirth and integration.
