摘要
为了加强自动售货设备的食品安全监管,食品安全监管部门发布了销售食品的自动售货设备管理规定,要求食品售卖商向地级市食品药品监督管理部门报告,报告自动售货设备的设置和变更情况。明确自动售货设备销售食品的安全管理和设备维护标准,严格执行食品企业的食品安全管理要求,对人们的健康成长具有重大意义。食品自动售货机所在县的食品药品监督管理部门,应担负自动售货设备所在地的日常监管职责,将自动售货设备纳入年度监管计划,避免监管漏洞。基于此,针对自动售货设备和食品安全追溯的需求,开发和部署了应用系统。
        In order to strengthen the food safety supervision of automatic selling equipment, the food safety supervision department issued regulations on the management of automatic selling equipment for selling food, requiring food sellers to report to the food and drug supervision and Administration Department of prefecture-level cities, and to report the settings and changes of automatic selling equipment. It is of great significance for people's healthy growth to clarify the safety management and equipment maintenance standards of food sold by automatic selling equipment and strictly implement the food safety management requirements of food enterprises. The food and drug supervision and administration department in the county where the food vending machine is located shall assume the daily supervision responsibility of the place where the automatic vending equipment is located, and incorporate the automatic vending equipment into the annual supervision plan to avoid regulatory loopholes. Based on this, the application system was developed and deployed to meet the requirements of automatic vending equipment and food safety traceability.
