磺酸盐/滑石粉协同阻燃PC材料的性能研究

摘要
以全氟丁基磺酸钾(KFBS)为主阻燃剂、滑石粉为协效阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯进行阻燃改性,研究了滑石粉粒径及用量对PC热稳定性、燃烧性能、流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,滑石粉能够通过形成完善的炭层抑制燃烧滴落使PC的阻燃等级由V-2变为V-0。同时,PC中添加滑石粉能够提高热稳定性,添加5%的滑石粉,热变形温度上升5℃。此外,加入滑石粉能够提高阻燃PC的刚性,但会使韧性明显下降。
        In this paper,potassium perfluoro butane sulfonate( KFBS) was used as main flame retardant and talc powder was used as synergistic flame retardant to modify polycarbonate. The effects of talc particle size and dosage on the thermal stability,combustion,fluidity and mechanical properties of PC were studied. The results show that the talc could suppress the combustion dripping by forming a carbon layer on the surface of PC,and the flame retardant level of PC is changed from V-2 to V-0. Meanwhile,the thermal stability of PC could be improved by the addition of talc,and the heat deflection temperature of PC could be increased by 5 ℃,when the addition of talc is 5%. In addition,the rigidity of the flame retardant PC is increased,however the toughness is significantly reduced by the addition of talc powder.
