激光-电弧复合焊接技术在油箱焊接中的应用分析

摘要
激光-电弧复合焊接技术不仅是目前最受关注的研究方向之一,而且已成为目前高强钢、铝合金等结构件在焊接制造领域工程应用方面最广泛、最成功的复合焊接技术。对激光-电弧复合焊接技术在特种车辆油箱焊接中的应用进行了分析,重点研究了其焊接工艺性和焊接工艺装备,介绍了激光-电弧复合焊接技术的特点及优势,指出该技术对于提高焊接质量和焊缝性能、减少焊接变形量、提高生产效率、降低成本、减少工人劳动强度效果明显。
        Laser-arc compound welding technology was not only one of the most popular researching directions,but also became the most widely used and successful compound welding techonology in welding manufacturing field for high strength steel,aluminum alloy and other structural parts.The application of Laser-arc compoun welding techonology in oil tank welding of special vehicles was analyzed,mainly focused on welding process and weling process equipments,the characterisitcs and advangtages were introduced.It was pointed out that this techonology can improve welding quality and weld performance,reduce welding deformation,improve production efficiency,reduce cost and reduce labor intensity.
