摘要
目的建立UHPLC法同时测定复方丁香油涂剂中丁香酚和樟脑的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液(58∶42),检测波长:285 nm,流速:0.2 ml·min-1,柱温:25℃。结果丁香酚、樟脑分别在27.48~274.80μg·ml-1(r=0.9995)和0.38~2.28 mg·ml-1(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为99.98%和100.12%,RSD分别为1.14%和0.75%(n=9)。结论本方法操作快速,结果准确,专属性强,可用于复方丁香油涂剂中丁香酚和樟脑的含量测定。
Objective To establish a UHPLC method for simultaneous determination of eugenol and camphor in compound clove oil paint. Methods The UHPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent Zorbax SB-C18( 2.1 mm ×50 mm,1.8 μm) at 25 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol∶0.1% formic acid solution( 58∶ 42). The flow rate was 0. 2 ml·min- 1and detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results Good linear correlations were observed within the range of 27. 48- 274. 80 μg·ml- 1for eugenol( r = 0. 9995) and 0. 38- 2. 28 mg·ml- 1for camphor( r = 0. 9998). The average recovery( n = 9) was 99. 98%( RSD = 1. 14 %) and 100. 12%( RSD =0.75%). Conclusion This method is quick,accurate,specific,and can be applied to the content determination of eugenol and camphor in compound clove oil paint.
