摘要
目的建立舒筋理伤油中冰片、薄荷脑、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯的气相色谱测定方法。方法采用毛相色谱法,使用DB-WAXETR弹性石英毛细管柱,FID检测器,检测器温度:250℃,进样口温度:230℃,柱温:程序升温,初始温度100℃,以10℃·min-1的速率升温,升至210℃后保持6 min。结果冰片、薄荷脑、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯浓度在0.078 70~1.967、0.043 12~1.078、0.041 79~1.045、0.8319~20.80 mg·m L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.2%、97.4%、99.0%和99.7%,RSD分别为1.7%、1.8%、1.8%和1.6%。结论所建立的方法快速、稳定、可靠,可作为舒筋理伤油的质量控制标准。
        Objective To establish a GC method to determine synthetic borneol, menthol, camphor and methyl salicylate in Shujin Lishang oil. Methods GC was performed on a DB-WAXETR quartz capillary column. Flame ionization detector(FID) was used in the determination. The detector temperature was 250 ℃, and the injector temperature was 230 ℃. The program temperature of the column was as follows: initial temperature at 100 ℃, then raised to 210 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃·min-1, lasting 6 min. Results Good linearity was found at 0.078 70-1.967 mg·m L-1 for borneol, 0.043 12-1.078 mg·m L-1 for menthol, 0.041 79-1.045 mg·m L-1 for camphor, and 0.8319-20.80 mg·m L-1 for methyl salicylate. The average recoveries of borneol, enthol, camphor and methyl salicylate(n = 6) were 98.2%, 97.4%, 99.0% and 99.7%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.7%, 1.8%, 1.8% and 1.6%, respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, steady and reliable. It can be used as the quality standard of Shujin Lishang oil.
