摘要
目的:观察中波高能紫外线联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风的疗效及安全性。方法:将105例白癜风患者随机分为3组。A组予304 nm中波高能紫外线照射联合外用复方卡力孜然酊,B组单用304 nm中波高能紫外线照射,C组仅外用复方卡力孜然酊。3组患者疗程均为12周,治疗结束后比较3组疗效。结果:共97例患者完成治疗和随访。12周后,A、B、C各组患者靶皮损有效率分别为84.55%、51.51%和50.00%。A组与B、C组有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:中波高能紫外线联合复方卡力孜然酊是治疗白癜风安全及有效的方法。
        Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of 304 nm high-energy UVB combined with compound kaliziran tincture for vitiligo. Methods: A total of 105 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into three groups(A, B and C group). Group A was treated with 304 nm UVB combined with compound kaliziran tincture for 12 weeks, while groups B and C were treated with 304 nm UVB and compounf kaliziran tincture, respectively. Results: A total of 97 patients completed treatment and follow-up. After 12 weeks of treatments, the effective rates in groups A, B and C were 84.55%, 51.51%and50.00%, respectively(P<0.05, group A vs. both B and C). Conclusion: Combination therapy of 304 nm high-energy UVB and compound kaliziran tincture is effective and safe for vitiligo.
