摘要
利用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计优化甘草粉美白面膜的制作工艺,影响因素为温度、时间、料液比。通过测定甘草美白面膜的酪氨酸酶抑制率及以甘草苷为对照测定得到的甘草黄酮浓度,并经统计分析,表明甘草美白面膜的最优制作条件为温度100℃、时间50 min、料液比(g/mL)1∶7。
Glycyrrhiza glabra powder whitening mask is one kind of common DIY mask, which is widely applied in daily life. To obtain an optimum extraction process for homemade Glycyrrhiza glabra powder whitening mask, L_9(3~4) orthogonal design was applied with three factors chosen: extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio. The tyrosinase inhibition activity and the amount of ?avonoids of Glycyrrhiza glabra compared with liquiritin were as evaluation index.Finally when it came to the tyrosinase inhibition activity, the conditions for making mask were optimized as 100 ℃ of temperature, 50 minutes of duration and 1/7(g/mL) of solid-liquid ratio.
