摘要
以典型的凸台零件的数控铣削加工为例,由浅入深、循序渐进的详细系统的介绍了通过改变Z的绝对值坐标控制深度余量、利用宏程序控制深度余量、利用Z的相对坐标和子程序控制深度余量以及子程序和宏程序共同用于去除深度余量的几种优化编程的方法与技巧,并结合实际加工验证了各种方法的正确性,对从事数控方面的教科研和数控加工编程人员具有一定的指导意义。
Taking CNC milling of typical convex parts as an example, this paper systematically introduces several optimization programming methods and techniques for removing depth margin by changing Z's absolute coordinate, controlling depth margin by macro program,controlling depth margin by Z's relative coordinate and subroutine, and using subroutine and macro program together. The correctness of various methods is verified by actual processing, which has a certain guiding significance for the teaching and research of numerical control and the programmers of numerical control processing.
