生活垃圾收运车辆预防性维修分析

摘要
城市生活垃圾收运系统与居民生活密切相关,为了保障生活垃圾收运系统的稳定性,文章对生活垃圾收运车辆进行预防性维修分析,确定收运车辆的故障规律及预防性维修的合理次数。首先假设收运车辆服从威布尔分布并对其进行验证,从而分析出了车辆故障规律;然后以成本最小为目标函数来构建预防性维修模型,通过仿真分析验证模型的可行性和科学性;最后得到一定行驶区间内车辆需要预防性维修的次数和每次预防性维修的周期。
        Municipal solid waste collection and transportation system is closely related to residents' lives. In order to ensure the stability of the collection and transportation system of municipal solid waste, the preventive maintenance analysis of vehicles for collection and transportation was carried out to determine the failure regularity of vehicles for collection and transportation and the reasonable number of preventive maintenance. Firstly, the vehicles for collection and transportation was assumed to obey Weibull distribution and verified it to analyze the law of vehicle failure. Then, the model of preventive maintenance was constructed with the objective function of minimum cost. The feasibility and scientificity of the model were verified by simulation analysis. Finally, the frequency of preventive maintenance and the cycle of each preventive maintenance were obtained.
