摘要
改造30万t/a离子膜复极式电解槽的机封冷却水上水和回水,加装球阀、水槽、管道泵和板式换热器,并将各机泵的回水管配至机封水箱。改造后,可循环利用电解槽机封水,减少脱盐水的使用量,达到降本增效的目的。
Water supply and water return of machine seal cooling water for 300 thousand t/a ionexchange membrane bipolar electrolyzers were reformed. A ball valve,a flume,a pipeline pump,and a plate heat exchanger was added,and the water return pipes of all pumps were connected to a seal water tank. After the reforms were made,the water can be cyclic utilized,and the consumption of desalted water reduced,thus achieving the purpose of reducing cost and increasing profit.
