摘要
将备用膜极距单元槽存放在电解厂房二楼空地的托架上,用拉紧装置压紧装好假膜的备用单元槽,充氮避免阴极网受氯气侵蚀。介绍了保护备用单元槽的具体方法和日常维护。这样保存下,备用单元槽无须重新贴垫片,可直接投入使用,提高了工作效率。
Standby single elements of zero-gap electrolyzer were stored on the supports on the second floor space of the electrolytic plant. The elements were installed with false membrane,were pressed tightly by tension device,and were nitrogen filled to avoid cathode net being eroded by chlorine. In this way,the standby elements could be directly put into use without needing to reattach gaskets,and thus work efficiency was improved.
