住院痛风患者自我效能水平及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:调查住院痛风患者的自我效能现状,分析其影响因素。方法:将2017年6月～2018年6月住院且能够积极配合和参与的患者共110例纳入研究,采用患者一般资料问卷和慢性疾病自我效能感量表对研究对象进行调查,运用多元线性回归探讨痛风患者自我效能水平的影响因素。结果:痛风患者住院时自我效能水平得分为(7. 52±2. 49)分,体重、体重指数、病程、并发症与痛风患者自我效能呈负相关(P <0. 01),身高与痛风患者自我效能呈正相关(P <0. 01)。结论:住院痛风患者自我效能水平较高,体重、身高、体重指数、病程与并发症均可影响痛风患者自我效能。
Objective: To explore the current status of self-efficacy of inpatients with gout and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 110 gout inpatients from June 2017 to June 2018 and who were able to actively cooperate and participate in the study were included in this study. The research subjects were investigated by using patient general information questionnaire and chronic disease self-efficacy scale,and the factors affecting the self-efficacy level of patients with gout was explored by Multiple Linear Regression.
