摘要
齿轮-转子-轴承系统作为整体齿轮离心式压缩机机组的核心部件,其复杂的耦合动力学特性是限制其国产化的主要难点之一。从齿轮动力学建模和计算方法入手,着重阐述了国内外齿轮-转子-轴承系统耦合动力学的研究进展,包括齿轮-转子-轴承系统的建模和计算方法、临界转速、弯扭轴耦合振动、转子不平衡响应及动平衡技术、状态监测和故障诊断及非线性动力学等方面,对整体齿轮增速离心压缩机的发展进行了展望。
        Gear-rotor-bearing system is the key rotating parts of packaged intetrally geared(PIG)compressor,its complicated coupled dynamic characteristics severely limits the step of localization.Modeling and calculation method of gear dynamics is firstly introduced.The gear-rotor-bearing system coupling dynamic is emphatically addressed.The main contents of research include:modeling and calculation method,critical speed,lateral-torsional-axial coupling vibration,unbalance response,rotor dynamic balancing,state monitoring and fault diagnosis,non-linear dynamics.Finally,the development tendency of PIG centrifugal compressor is proposed.
