伴有白内障的急性闭角型青光眼应用超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的疗效

摘要
目的对超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗伴有白内障的急性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效进行分析与总结。方法选择我院于2014年2月~2016年2月期间收治的闭角型青光眼伴白内障患者66例,并采用随机数字方法将其分成了实验组和对照组。实验组采用超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗,对照组行小梁切除术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,实验组视力≥0.01的人数明显多于对照组;眼内压降低幅度明显高于对照组,相比差异显著(Р<0.05),但并发症发生率差异不明显(Р>0.05)。结论在急性闭角型青光眼伴白内障患者的治疗中,超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术可取得良好的疗效,且并发症少。
Objetive To analyze and summarize the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods Sixty-six patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and the control group with trabeculectomy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of eyes with visual acuity≥0.01 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The decrease of intraocular pressure was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05), but the difference in complications was insignificant(P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract, phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can achieve good results.
