摘要
目的验证环糊精包合技术能否有效提高中药制剂中挥发油成分的稳定性。方法提取葶苈生脉组方中白术、桂枝的挥发油,以包合工艺处理所得挥发油制得挥发油包合物,并参与制剂制备葶苈生脉口服液。对所得制剂进行稳定性考察,以桂枝、白术挥发油主要活性成分桂皮醛和白术内酯的含量或最大成分量的变化为指标,衡量制剂中包合后的挥发油与未包合的挥发油的稳定性。结果包合后的挥发油较之未包合的挥发油,其桂皮醛和白术内酯的含量在考察期间比较稳定。结论羟丙基-β-环糊精包合能有效提高葶苈生脉制剂中挥发油成分的稳定性。
        Objective To verify whether cyclodextrin inclusion technology can effectively improve the stability of volatile oil components in traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Methods The volatile oil of Rhizoma Atractylodes and Fructus Cinnamomi was extracted from Tinglishengmai recipe. The volatile oil was prepared by the inclusion process and was used to prepare Tinglishengmai oral liquid. The stability of the preparation was investigated. The changes of the contents or the maximum components of cinnamaldehyde and macrocephala lactone in the volatile oil of Guizhi and Atractylodes macrocephala were used as indexes to evaluate the stability of the volatile oil after inclusion and the volatile oil without inclusion. Results The content of cinnamaldehyde in the formulation of the volatile oil after inclusion was relatively stable compared with that of the uncoated volatile oil. Conclusion-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion can effectively improve the stability of volatile oil components in Tingli shengmai preparations.
