摘要
针对隔离开关在长期运行过程中,由于周边环境污染,屡次出现因脏污引起的发热问题,此类故障严重增加了设备的停电率和停电时间,不利于提升电网系统的整体供电可靠性。文章对冀北电网220 k V隔离开关发热带电处理方法进行研究,研发了中间电位对隔离开关动、静触头、导电臂进行清擦的装置,该装置可在设备运行状态下,快速有效地清除隔离开关上的污垢,减少了因停电检修造成的负荷损失。
During the long-term operation,repeated overheating problem of isolating switch caused by pollution sharply increased the equipment outage rate and outage time,which is not conducive to improve the whole power supply reliability of power system. The live working treatment method for overheating of 220 kV disconnecting switch of Jibei power grid was studied in this paper. The cleaning device for stationary contactor,moving contactor and conductive arm at intermediate potential was developed which can effectively remove dirt from isolation switches in the operational state of the equipment,can also reduce the load loss caused by shutdown maintenance.
