摘要
采用磷酸三丁酯与氢氧化铝复配、磷酸二苯异癸酯与氢氧化铝复配制备无卤阻燃丙烯酸酯树脂压敏胶,研究了阻燃体系中各个阻燃剂组分的添加比例对压敏胶力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,磷酸三丁酯与氢氧化铝复配阻燃体系中,磷酸三丁酯与氢氧化铝配比为6∶4时,阻燃级别达到VTM-2级别;在磷酸二苯异癸酯与氢氧化铝复配阻燃体系中,当磷酸二苯异癸酯与氢氧化铝配比为5∶5时,阻燃性能良好。2种无卤阻燃丙烯酸酯树脂复配体系均达到压敏胶的阻燃要求,同时2种压敏胶都显示了较高的剥离强度及良好的胶面外观。
        The halogen-free flame retardant acrylate resin based pressure-sensitive adhesives were prepared using tributyl phosphate compounded with aluminum hydroxide and diphenyl isodecyl phosphate compounded with aluminum hydroxide, respectively. The effects of the proportion of flame retardant components on the mechanical properties and flame-retarding properties of pressure-sensitive adhesive were studied. The results show that the flame-retarding level can reach VTM-2 level when the weight ratio of tributyl phosphate to aluminum hydroxide is 6 : 4, meanwhile, when the ratio of diphenyl isodecyl phosphate to aluminum hydroxide is 5 : 5, the flame-retarding composites exhibit outstanding flameretarding performances. Both halogen-free flame-retarding acrylate resin composites achieve the flame retarding requirements of pressure-sensitive adhesives with a high peel strength and good appearance of glue surface.
