高温合金化学铣切工艺及其影响因素研究

摘要
应用L_(16)(4~3)的方法对糟液配方是否与GH4169高温化和材料的化铣速率和表面的粗糙程度有关系进行了研究。关于研究化铣需要的温度和所需要的时间对化铣的速率和表面的粗糙程度的关系运用了单因素实验的方法。结果表明:对化铣表面的粗糙程度影响最大的的是HNO_3的浓度,对化铣的速率影响最大的是HCl的浓度,若想对铣切减薄量得到有效的控制,必须使化铣表面粗糙程度达到最小值,化铣速率达到中间值,所以还要控制试剂的浓度,只有HCl的浓度达到100g/L、HNO_3的浓度达到190g/L与HF的浓度达到80g/L,才能达到最好的效果。不但要控制试剂的浓度,还要控制温度。若想得到最好的效果,温度为50℃时,化铣的表面的粗糙程度会达到最小值。化铣的反应速率时随着温度的升高而上升,表面的粗糙程度随着温度的升高先降低再升高。当化铣反应5min后化铣的反应速率和表面的粗糙程度就不会再有很明显的变化,反应就慢慢地变得平稳。最好的化铣方式是试片应该平行于槽液液面,化铣方式对化铣的质量有着非常大的影响。所以最完美的化铣工艺是槽液的温度最好为50℃,试片的表面应该平行于液面,还要需要均匀的搅拌,和合适的试剂浓度。
        This paper applies the method to study whether the formulation of the bad liquid has a relationship with the GH4169 high temperature and the milling rate of the material and the roughness of the surface.The single factor experiment method was used to study the relationship between the temperature required for the milling and the required time for the rate of the milling and the roughness of the surface.It has been proved by practice that the concentration that has the greatest influence on the roughness of the surface of the milling machine is the concentration of HCl which has the greatest influence on the rate of milling.If you want to effectively control the amount of milling and thinning,you must turn the surface.The roughness is at a minimum and the milling rate reaches the middle value.Therefore,the concentration of the reagent should be controlled.Only the concentration of HCl reaches 100 g/L,the concentration reaches 190 g/L,and the concentration of HF reaches 80 g/L.effect.Not only the concentration of the reagents but also the temperature.If you want the best results,the surface roughness of the milling will reach a minimum when the temperature is 50℃.Therefore,it can be concluded that the reaction rate of the milling increases with the increase of the temperature,and the roughness of the surface decreases first and then increases with the increase of the temperature.When the milling and milling reaction has reflected that the reaction rate of the milling and the roughness of the surface will not change significantly after 5 minutes,the reaction slowly becomes slow and steady.The best milling method is that the test piece should be parallel to the liquid level of the bath,and the milling method has a great influence on the quality of the milling.Therefore,the most perfect milling process is that the bath temperature is preferably 50℃,the surface of the test piece should be parallel to the liquid surface,and even stirring is required.
