多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床效果评价

摘要
目的探究对牙体牙髓病患者分别实施多次法根管治疗、一次性根管治疗的效果。方法随机将2017年10月—2018年5月该院89例牙体牙髓病患者分为观察组(45例,应用一次性根管治疗)、对照组(44例,应用多次法根管治疗)。对比两组患者的疗效、疼痛评分、咀嚼功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率(95.56%)相比对照组(77.27%)明显更高(χ~2=6.374 9,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后疼痛评分[(3.24±0.35)分]相比对照组[(5.78±0.61)分]明显更低(t=24.161 4),且咬合力及咀嚼效率较对照组明显更高(t=4.478 0、11.386 3,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组(22.73%)(χ~2=4.600 7,P<0.05)。结论选择一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者能够有效稳定患者病情,改善患者临床症状,进一步提升患者咀嚼功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy on patients with dental pulp disease. Methods From October 2017 to May 2018, a total of 89 patients with dental pulp disease were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases, with one-time root canal treatment) and control group(44 cases, with multiple root canal treatment). The efficacy, pain score, chewing function, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.56%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%)(χ~2=6.374 9, P<0.05). The postoperative pain score of the observation group[(3.24±0.35)points] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(5.78±0.61) points](t=24.161 4). And the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=4.4780, 11.386 3, P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group(6.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.73%)(χ~2=4.600 7, P<0.05). Conclusion Selecting a single root canal for the treatment of patients with dental pulp disease can effectively stabilize the patient's condition, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and further improve the chewing function of patients.
