壳聚糖乳化SAE苯丙乳液及其抗水性能的研究

摘要
以生物可降解壳聚糖作为乳化剂,充分利用其亲水基团氨基和疏水基团乙酰基的双亲乳化功能,发挥壳聚糖的自乳化功能,提高S AE苯丙乳液的抗水性能,降低传统乳化剂对环境的污染。本实验采用种子乳液聚合,制备出S AE乳液。将得到的乳液与不同分子量、不同脱乙酰度(DD,)壳聚糖醋酸水溶液搅拌,通过乳液应用效果来分析判断壳聚糖对乳液抗水性能的影响。研究发现:壳聚糖乳化后的SAE乳液的抗水性能均优于未添加壳聚糖乳化的SAE乳液。脱乙酰度在70%的壳聚糖,显示出优异的抗水性能;分子量200000处的壳聚糖乳化的SAE乳液Cobb值较原SAE显著降低。结果表明:壳聚糖分子量越高,脱乙酰度越低,越能够改善原SAE乳液的抗水性能。
        Biodegradable chitosan was used as an emulsifier to make full use of the amphiphilic emulsification function of both its hydrophilic groups(amino groups) and the hydrophobic groups(acetyl groups), with the purpose to fully exert the selfemulsification function and to improve the environmental condition superior to the traditional emulsifiers. The SAE emulsion was achieved by the method of seed emulsion polymerization. SAE latex which were emulsified by chitosan with different molecular weights and different degrees of deacetylation(DD, Deacetylation) were also studied. It's proved that with a lower degree of deacetylation of chitosan, the emulsification effect would be greater. When the degree of deacetylation arrived at 70%, the SAE latex showed excellent water resistant ability.At the same degree of deacetylation, with a higher molecular weight of chitosan, the value of cobb would be even less. The chitosan with a molecular weight of 200,000 had an excellent sizing performance. The result showed that the water-resistant performance of SAE can be improved with higher molecular weight of chitosan and lower degree of deacetylation.
