摘要
装备维修企业的核心工作是完成装备维修任务,绩效考核是其开展管理工作的重要方法。装备维修任务本身形式多样且内容复杂,这就给装备维修企业设置绩效考核体系带来诸多困难和挑战。科学的绩效考核体系贯穿整个装备维修任务的完成过程。它能让每个部门的每个员工都能明白,装备维修企业对他们的要求是什么、如何开展工作、如何持续改进直至最终完成。
The equipment maintenance enterprises are appointed to accomplish equipment maintenance missions, performance evaluation is an important method to manage these enterprises. Because missions are various, the establishment of the performance evaluation system of the equipment maintenance enterprises is difficult and challenging. Optimized performance evaluation system covers the whole proceed of the accomplishment of the equipment maintenance missions. It allows every employee in each department to understand what the target is, how to work and how to continuously improve and eventually finish the missions.
