摘要
目的:研究毛茛科乌头属植物榜嘎地上部分的黄酮类成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂富集,正相硅胶柱层析色谱法初分,通过葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20和半制备高压液相色谱法对各特征峰进行精制分离,根据其理化性质和NMR、MS等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从榜嘎70%甲醇提取物中分离得到6个黄酮苷类化合物,分别鉴定为Clovin(1)、刺槐苷(2)、榜嘎苷A(3)、榜嘎苷B(4)、榜嘎苷C(5)、榜嘎苷D(6)。结论:化合物1、2为首次从榜嘎中分离得到,化合物3~6为新黄酮类化合物。
        Objective:To investigate the flavonoids in bangga,aerial part of Aconitum naviculare(Bruhl.)Stapf.Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography as well as pre-HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical methods.Results:Six compounds were isolated from the 70% methanol extract of bangga.On the basis of the spectral data,their structures were identified as Clovin(1),robinin(2),bangga flavonoid glycoside A(3),bangga flavonoid glycoside B(4),bangga flavonoid glycoside C(5)and bangga flavonoid glycoside D(6).Conclusion:Compound 1 and compound 2 were isolated from bangga for the first time,and compound 3,4,5 and 6 were new flavonoids and named as bangga flavonoid glycoside A,bangga flavonoid glycoside B,bangga flavonoid glycoside C and bangga flavonoid glycoside D,respectively.
