人文理念病案管理模式在病案管理中应用观察

摘要
目的:分析人文理念病案管理模式在病案管理中应用。方法:选取2014年8月~2015年12月期间已康复出院的患者病案150例作为对照组,采用病案管理旧模式对病案进行管理;另选取2014年2月~2015年10月150例出院康复患者病案作为观察组,采用人文理念病案管理模式,分析比较两种管理模式下对病案管理的应用效果及患者满意度。结果:观察组病案的归档时间、病案借阅时间、病案复印时间、病案首次录入时间方面均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.33%,明显高于对照组的89.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人文理念病案管理模式在病案管理中的应用效果显著,对提高医护人员的工作效率及患者满意度具有重要的作用,可为患者营造良好的就医环境,有效降低医患纠纷发生率,有助于促进医患间关系更好的发展。
        Objective:To analyze the application of humanistic Philosophy medical record management in medical record management.Methods:150 cases of patients who were discharged from August 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the control group.The medical records were managed by the old model of the case management.150 cases were discharged from February 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the observation group.The patients' medical records were managed by humanistic concept of medical record management model.Then analyze and compare application effect and patient satisfaction of the two management models.Results:The time of filing,the time of medical record borrowing,the time of copying of medical record and the time of entry of the medical record of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.33% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.33% )(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of humanistic philosophy in medical record management model is significant,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of health care workers and patient satisfaction and to create a good medical environment and can effectively reduce the incidence of disputes between doctors and patients.
