医疗质量指标信息化过程监测与绩效考核

摘要
目的利用信息化手段,对医疗质量过程指标进行监测,并将监测结果应用在医院内部绩效考核体系中。方法梳理医院质量管理指标,按具体、可度量、可实现、相关性、时限性(SMART)原则筛取考核指标,设定考核方式。结果建立了以医疗质量安全管理为核心的医疗质量过程考核指标体系,通过信息化手段及时监测。结论医疗质量指标的信息化监测和考核,使医疗质量数据获取及时、准确,提高了医疗质量。
Objective To monitor medical quality process indicators with informatization technologies,and apply the monitoring results to the hospital internal performance evaluation system. Methods According to the"Specific,Measurable,Attainable,Relevant,Time-base"( SMART) principle,the hospital quality management indicators were screened,and the evaluation method was set. Results A medical quality process evaluation indicator system was established,which achieved real-time monitoring through informatization technology. Conclusion The informatization monitoring and assessment of medical quality indicators can achieve timely and accurate access to medical quality data,which improves the quality of medical care.
