摘要
目的探讨初级创伤救治(primary trauma care,PTC)教学改革应用于"临床麻醉学"课程整合模式构建的可行性。方法整合"临床麻醉学"部分理论知识并融入到以患者为中心的临床案例分析中,将学生分为教学整合组(30人,实施整合教学)和对照组(30人,实施传统教学),利用PTC教学模式中情景演练、现场操作、小组讨论、传授技巧等展开实践教学,通过问卷调查和成绩考核评价效果,分别用卡方检验和t检验作统计分析。结果整合模式构建初显成效,教学整合组理论与实践考核平均成绩比对照组均有明显提高(P<0.05),学生和教师满意度分别达93%和90%以上。结论基于PTC教学改革的"临床麻醉学"课程整合模式构建简单可行,有利于培养学生的临床思维能力和实践能力。
        Objective To explore the feasibility of teaching reform of primary trauma care(PTC)applied in the construction of clinical anesthesiology course integration mode. Methods We integrated theoretical knowledge of clinical anesthesiology into patient-centered clinical case studies and the students were divided into teaching integration group(30 students,implementation of integrated teaching)and control group(30 students,the implementation of traditional teaching)to carry out practical teaching by use of PTC scenario exercises,on-site operations,group discussions,teaching techniques. The effect of teaching was evaluated by questionnaire and examination. The data were analyzed through Chi-square and t-test test. Result Consolidation mode showed an initial effect. The average scores of theory and practice test in teaching integration group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Satisfaction of students and teachers was 93% and 90% respectively. Conclusion The clinical anesthesiology course integration mode based on the PTC teaching reform is simple and feasible. It is conductive to cultivate students' clinical thinking ability and practical ability.
