摘要
研究了钙和甜菜碱对钠盐胁迫下紫花苜蓿种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:CaCl2、Ca(NO3)2和甜菜碱不能有效缓解250mmol/L NaCl胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的抑制效应,但能促进胁迫部分减轻后的恢复萌发,即较低浓度NaCl胁迫下的萌发。甜菜碱对25mmol/L Na2CO3胁迫下的萌发抑制效应有改进作用,但对恢复萌发无效果。钙和甜菜碱的处理效应与处理浓度、盐分胁迫强度等有关,处理效应与浓度之间并非线性关系。
        In this paper we elucidated the effects of calcium and betaine on seed germination of Medicago sativa L.under sodium salt stress.The experiment revealed that CaCl2,Ca(NO3)2and betaine could not effectively ameliorate the inhibitory effect of 250mmol/L NaCl on germination of M.sativa,but could promote recovery germination under partly alleviated NaCl stress,i.e.the germination under lower concentration of NaCl stress.Application of betaine could improve the germination under 25mmol/L Na2CO3 stress,but did not affect the recovery germination.It demonstrated that the effect of calcium and betaine supplementation was associated with not only compound concentration,but also salt salinity,etc.The relationship between treatment effect and compound concentration was not linear.
