摘要
目的:探讨针刺对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneous hypertensive rat,SHR)血压调控规律和脑区葡萄糖代谢影响,探讨针刺调节血压的中枢机制。方法:选用SHR 24只,按随机数字表法分为SHR组、太溪(KI3)组、莫索尼定(MOX)组每组各8只,另取Wistar Kyoto (WKY)大鼠8只作为对照组。记录各组大鼠治疗前、治疗后30、60、90、120 min血压值,针刺后30 min进行PETCT扫描,采用SPM8分析脑区葡萄糖代谢变化。结果:针刺KI3后30、60 min时,KI3组大鼠收缩压、舒张压均低于SHR组血压,MOX组灌胃后60 min大鼠血压低于SHR组,且降压持续到90、120 min。与SHR组比较,KI3组葡萄糖代谢降低集中于前嗅核、伏核、基底神经节、尾状核等,代谢升高集中于小脑后叶、视觉皮层。与MOX组比较,KI3组葡萄糖代谢降低脑区主要有基底神经节、前额叶皮质、丘脑等,代谢增高主要有听觉皮层、运动皮层、感觉皮层等。结论:针刺KI3具有一定降压效应,可能与脑区葡萄糖代谢的影响有关。
        Objective: To explore the effect of acupuncture on blood pressure regulation and brain glucose metabolism in spontaneously hypertensive rats( SHR) and to explore the central mechanism of acupuncture to regulate blood pressure.Methods: Twenty-four SHR rats were selected and randomly divided into SHR group,Taixi( KI3) group,and MOX group( 8 in each group); Wistar Kyoto( WKY) rats were taken as other 8 rats. As a control group,the blood pressure values before and after treatment were recorded for 30 min,60 min,90 min,and 120 min in each group of rats. A PET-CT scan was performed 30 minutes after acupuncture. SPM8 was used to analyze the effect of acupuncture on glucose metabolism in brain regions. Results After KI3 acupuncture 30 min and 60 min,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of KI3 group were lower than those of SHR group. The blood pressure of rats in the MOX group was lower than that in the SHR group at 60 min after intragastric administration,and the blood pressure was reduced to 90 and 120 min. Compared with the SHR group,the decrease in glucose metabolism in the KI3 group was concentrated in the pre-olfactory nucleus,nucleus accumbens,basal ganglia,caudate nucleus,hypothalamus,thalamus,dorsal thalamus,and striatum; metabolic elevation was concentrated in the posterior cerebellar,visual cortex. Compared with the MOX group,the brain regions with increased glucose metabolism in the KI3 group mainly included auditory cortex,motor cortex,sensory cortex,and visual cortex; and the metabolically reduced brain regions included: basal ganglia,prefrontal cortex,thalamus,and deduction,bring back,hypothalamus,corpus callosum,striatum,amygdala,caudate nucleus,midbrain and so on. Conclusion: Acupuncture KI3 has a certain antihypertensive effect,which may be related to its effect on brain glucose metabolism.
