摘要

科研院所外事管理工作既是对外合作交流的纽带和窗口,也是提高科研能力的重要组成部分。总结分析了外事管理工作的主要内容和收获,提出了科研院所在外事管理工作的不足及改进之处,探讨了新形势下科研院所外事管理工作应如何更好地创新发展,以便促进国内科研院所更好地发展,提高国内科研生产水平。
        The foreign affairs management work of the research institute is not only the link and window of foreign cooperation and exchanges,but also an important part of improving scientific research ability. The main content of this article summary analysis of the foreign affairs management and harvest,puts forward the academy 's foreign affairs management deficiencies and improvements,discusses the research institutes of the foreign affairs management under the new situation should be how to better innovation and development,in order to promote the better development of domestic scientific research institutes,raise the level of domestic scientific research and production.
