全程管理护理模式在住院患者外出检查中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨实施全程管理护理模式在住院患者外出检查中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析浙江省新华医院实施全程管理护理模式前(实施前)及实施全程管理护理模式后(实施后)外出检查患者临床资料,比较外出检查意外事件发生率、护送工具与病情符合率以及患者外出检查满意度。结果实施前患者外出检查意外事件发生率为3.41%,实施后患者外出检查意外事件发生率为0.95%,实施后患者外出检查意外事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。实施全程管理护理模式前患者外出检查护送工具与病情符合率为93.02%,实施后为99.84%,全程管理护理模式实施后护送工具与病情符合率高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施全程管理护理模式前患者外出检查满意度评分为(96.25±4.39)分,实施全程管理护理模式后患者外出检查满意度评分为(98.78±5.15)分,实施全程管理护理模式后患者外出检查满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论实施全程管理护理模式能够降低外出检查意外事件发生风险,改善护理质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing model of comprehensive management in the hospitalized patients going out for examinations. Methods Clinical data of patients going out for examinations in Xinhua Hospital of Zhejiang Province before the implementation of the nursing model of comprehensive management(before implementation) and after the nursing model of comprehensive management(after implementation) were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence rate of accidents, compliance rate between escort transportation and disease conditions, and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence rate of accidents in the patients going out for examinations was3.41% before the implementation; after the implementation, the incidence rate of accidents was 0.95%, the incidence rate of accidents in the patients after the implementation was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05). The compliance rate between escort transportation and disease conditions in the patients going out for examinations was93.02% before the implementation, and 99.84% after the implementation. The compliance rate between escort transportation and disease conditions after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05). The satisfaction score in the patients going out for examinations was(96.25±4.39) before the implementation, and(98.78±5.15)after the implementation. The satisfaction in the patients going out for examinations after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the nursing model of comprehensive management can reduce the risk of accidents during the examinations outside the hospital, enhance the quality of nursing and improve patients' satisfaction.
