老年冠心病患者外出检查流程优化及效果评价

摘要
目的针对老年冠心病患者外出检查过程中出现的安全隐患和检查延误较多的问题,优化检查流程,降低外出检查安全隐患,提高患者和家属满意度。方法对老年科178例老年冠心病患者外出检查情况展开调查,针对发现的安全隐患问题,制定老年冠心病住院患者的外出检查流程。结果经过安全管理改进和流程优化后,外出检查时胸闷、心绞痛和低血糖发作次数明显降低(P<0.05);由于检查前准备不充分导致检查延误的患者数量由干预前42例减少到干预后8例(P<0.05);患者和家属对检查安排满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病住院患者进行安全管理改进和检查流程优化后,不仅使患者外出检查中安全隐患减低,还提高了患者和家属对科室的满意度。
Objective To investigate the safety risk and the delay of inspection in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),Optimize the inspection process, reduce the security risks during the inspection process, improve the patient and family satisfaction. Methods To investigate 178 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, for the detection of hidden dangers, to develop treatment procedure of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Results After safety management improvement and process optimization, the number of patients with chest tightness, angina pectoris and hypoglycemia was significantly reduced(P<0.05). The number of patients with inadequate examination was reduced from intervention to 42(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the patients and their families was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients with coronary heart disease safety management improvement and inspection process optimization, not only reduce the security risks during the inspection process, but also improve the patient and family members satisfaction.
